My background is practical and hands-on. I spend most of my time reviewing AI training data and model outputs, checking accuracy, consistency, and intent, and helping teams understand where systems break down in real use. Alongside that, I build simple workflow automations for small businesses, replacing manual processes with digital ones that are easier to manage day to day.
I’m particularly comfortable working in the details. That might mean carefully annotating data against guidelines, reviewing AI responses line by line, or mapping out a process that’s been living in someone’s head or on paper for years. I’m not interested in over-engineering or buzzwords, just clear, reliable solutions that make work easier.
I work fully remotely and support clients across Ireland, the Isle of Man, and further afield. Most of my work comes from long-term relationships and repeat projects, which I think says more than any headline metric.
